Governance

Our Advisory Board

Seven independent advisors — from education, technology, law, policy, and the arts — who meet the school’s leadership twice a year for a structured dialogue of reflection, sense-making, and guidance.

The Advisory Board is not a management body. It exists to ask the questions a busy school can forget to ask itself: What should we consciously protect even as we modernise? Where have good ideas struggled — not because of intent, but because of capacity or context? What do students need most that they don’t yet realise? Its perspectives directly inform the school’s priorities for each academic year.

The Biannual Dialogue

The board convenes every February and September. The most recent dialogue was held in February 2026; the next meets on 1 September 2026. After each meeting, the school synthesises the board’s reflections into themes that shape the year ahead.
