Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between Udaya Public School (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Parent,” “Student,” “you,” or “your”), governing your use of our online payment facility (the “Service”) for the payment of school fees. By using the Service, you expressly agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You shall not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal, or prohibited under Indian laws or any other local laws that apply to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the payment process is accurate and complete.

Fee Payments

You agree to provide accurate and complete information (e.g., Student Admission Number, contact details) for the successful processing of fee payments. We shall not be liable for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information you provide.

No Guarantee of Admission

Payment of an admission form fee is for the processing of the application only. It does not, under any circumstances, guarantee admission to Udaya Public School. Admission is subject to the school’s official admission policy and criteria.

Payments

You must ensure that the payment details provided (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI) are valid and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We reserve the right to cancel or reject a transaction if fraud is suspected or if the payment is not successfully processed.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments made through this Service are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this policy, which is available on our website.

Liability

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Service, whether direct, indirect, or consequential. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization for any transaction, such as the Cardholder exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon with the acquiring bank.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from the use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of India. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
