Yes. We updated our Transfer Certificate layout in December 2025. Certificates issued before this date follow our previous design standards. As long as the Admission Number, Student Details, and Issue Date match the data shown here, the certificate is authentic and valid for admission purposes.

The system returns “Record Not Found.” What should I do?

First, double-check that the Admission Number and Date of Birth match the physical certificate exactly. If you are certain the details are correct but the record is still not appearing, please Contact Us for manual verification.

Is this online verification sufficient for admission?

Yes. This portal queries the live Udaya Public School student database. A successful verification here confirms that the Transfer Certificate was legitimately issued by our institution and has not been revoked or altered. You may print this verification page for your records if needed.
